Steve Phipps
Steve has hunted the Oregon woods behind hounds for over 35 years. At 18 he had his own successful pack of big-game hounds; in the 1980s he and his dogs worked alongside Oregon’s black bear biologist, tranquilizing and collaring bears to study their behavior and habitat in the rugged Coast Range.
